Platform Integration & Testing

CME has significant hardware and software integration testing experience. Testing is performed on all incremental (point) releases of both hardware and software to ensure that systems components operate together. CME has developed and produced customized test equipment. Experience in on-site test equipment production allows CME to develop and build project specific test equipment as required in support of development, qualification, and acceptance testing. CME uses functional testing, performance testing, load testing, stress testing, volume testing, usability testing, etc., as part of the black box testing strategy.
We have an excellent in-house test team and facility, and maintain a broad array of test equipment including: ESS equipment, high frequency oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers for frequencies up to 27 Ghz, network analyzers up to 40 Ghz, logic analyzers, power supplies, etc. CME product test experience includes MIL-STD-461 as well as MIL-STD-810 testing as applied to customer requirements. Applicable procedures and test plans are routinely developed to ensure full MIL-STD-461 compliance. CME has a 16x16x9 foot EMI screening facility as well as supplemental test facilities if required.
