Letter to Customers & Suppliers in Response to COVID-19

CME Customers and Suppliers:
 
As all of us continue to work through the pandemic of COVID-19, I want to assure you that CME is working to meet the needs of our military and non-military customers. 
 
We have taken every precaution to maintain our supply chain while protecting our workforce.  CME has modified its operational contingency plan to incorporate the latest guidance from the CDC including adhering to their personal hygiene procedures, additional cleaning of the facility, eliminating travel, and restricting access to the building only to CME employees and to government employees who require access to perform their responsibilities.
 
We are asking our suppliers to notify us of any disruption in their supply chain so we can take mitigating steps.  We will keep you informed in the days ahead if issues arise.
 
CME Leadership will continue to monitor the evolving situation and respond to threats to employee’s health, our supply chain, and deliveries to our customers.
